The living room has the newest Ultra hi-def flat screen. There is AC thru out the home, beach chairs, coolers, and sand umbrellas for the short trip(2 miles) to Nauset Beach. The outside deck has a new Weber gas grill, two picnic tables, umbrella and the best relaxing wooden rockers, with other deck furniture and an amazing Cape Cod favorite, an outside shower.
